Do you have a physical store?
You probably heard about us from our Queen West location - a storefront that has been held dear to our hearts for over ten years. We want to be transparent with our customers so we want you to know that our lease on Queen West is up in September and venturing online seemed like the best option to continue the Spoof brand.

You can enjoy our physical location for the remainder of the summer but our online store is stocked with online exclusives!
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes, we ship internationally! However, expect rates to reflect shipping costs as it is more expensive to ship across borders!
Where are your clothes from?
All of our clothes are imported from Asia. That being said, the Spoof team hand picks each individual style to cater to the brand. Merchandising is a huge part of this business and we wouldn’t trust anyone else to curate this collection but us!
Where are your sizes?
You’ll see that our clothes don’t have variants in sizes, but it’s part of what makes us unique. Almost all of our clothes lack buttons and zippers, meaning you won’t have to worry about unbuttoning that top button after dessert. Our clothes fit differently on everyone so you and your best friend can own the same top knowing that it’ll look unique on both of you! We don’t claim that one size fits all because women come in all different beautiful shapes and sizes. Therefore, please take a look at our size charts and measurements on each product to have a better idea of the fit of our clothing.
How can I know when you get your new stuff?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We have two different portals: Shopify payments or PayPal. Both options will allow you to use all major cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Can I cancel an order after I place it?
No, unfortunately we cannot accommodate cancelled or modified orders. We’re a small business that likes to have all hands on deck with whatever we do. Our priority is to make sure you get your order as soon as possible, so our elves start working as soon as the orders are placed. Please take a look at our return policy if you change your mind when your order arrives.
